These Terms of Use apply to BrewEye, including the BrewEye website, waitlist, beta testing, TestFlight access, and related app services. BrewEye is developed and operated by Brew Eye, LLC.
By accessing or using BrewEye, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Product Status
BrewEye is currently in development. Features, availability, pricing, functionality, and supported platforms may change before public release.
Beta or TestFlight access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
BrewEye Guidance
BrewEye may provide brewing-related suggestions, recipe ideas, brewday SOPs, troubleshooting guidance, calculations, and AI-generated responses.
BrewEye is intended to support brewing decisions, but it does not replace user judgment, safe brewing practices, equipment instructions, sanitation procedures, or applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for reviewing BrewEye outputs before relying on them.
User Content
You may submit information to BrewEye, including recipes, equipment details, ingredients, brew logs, measurements, fermentation notes, troubleshooting questions, feedback, and support requests.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit.
By submitting content to BrewEye, you grant Brew Eye, LLC permission to use that content to provide, operate, support, and improve BrewEye.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse BrewEye, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or use BrewEye in a way that could harm Brew Eye, LLC, other users, or the service.
Accounts and Access
Some BrewEye features may require an account, invitation, or beta access. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Intellectual Property
BrewEye, including its name, branding, design, software, features, content, and related materials, is owned by Brew Eye, LLC or its licensors.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of BrewEye or any Brew Eye, LLC intellectual property.
Third-Party Services
BrewEye may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, email communications, app distribution, AI functionality, payments, or other product operations. Your use of BrewEye may also be subject to applicable third-party terms.
No Warranty
BrewEye is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Brew Eye, LLC does not guarantee that BrewEye will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that brewing guidance will always be accurate or suitable for your specific equipment, ingredients, process, or goals.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brew Eye, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to brewing outcomes, ingredients, equipment, product defects, data loss, or reliance on BrewEye guidance.
Changes to BrewEye or These Terms
Brew Eye, LLC may update BrewEye or these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
